This problem can be solved in a natural way, using this drink that is very easy to make and you need only two ingredients.
Ingredients:
- 2 liters of water
- millet
Preparation
Place the millet in warm water and let it stand overnight. In the morning, put in a pot and boil in 2 liters of water. Cover and stir in the evening, drain water into the container and close it. Drink at least one cup of this drink for 10 to 15 days.
Note:
Do not dispose the millet because it is very healthy and nutritive, but put it to cook with 3 cups of water for 15 minutes. Make a porridge that you will eat with honey or dried fruit.
