  1. In a deep bowl, mix the water and food coloring.
  2. With the back of a spoon, smash the eggs completely to crackle the shell.
  3. Add the crackled eggs to the colored water and place in the fridge for 2 hours. If the eggs aren’t completely submerged, turn them over halfway through so that all sides have been submerged.
  4. Take the eggs out of the colored water, dry them off, and then carefully peel off the shell.
  5. Gently slice the eggs in half, then scoop out the yolks. Add the yolks to a blender with the mayonnaise, mustard, green food coloring, and salt and pepper. Blend until smooth.
  6. Scoop the green egg-yolk mix into a piping bag and fill the hole from the yolk in the egg white.
  7. Sprinkle with back sesame seeds and serve.
